We are an independent online retailer of genuine Caraway products. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or sponsored by Caraway Home, Inc. The warranty information below is based on publicly available statements from the Caraway brand and is provided for informational purposes.

Caraway® Limited Warranty (US Only)

Caraway warrants to repair or replace any product manufactured by Caraway and purchased directly from Caraway or Caraway’s authorized retailers if it is found defective in material, construction, or workmanship under normal non-professional use, and following instructions for care for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty is valid only in the United States.

As an independent retailer, we are not an authorized Caraway dealer. If you purchased a Caraway product from us and believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will assist you in initiating a warranty claim with the manufacturer. We will provide you with your proof of purchase and help guide you through the process.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Caraway product has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos showing the defect (if possible)

  2. We will provide you with:

    • Your proof of purchase

    • Contact information for Caraway’s warranty team

    • Guidance on next steps

  3. Once your claim is approved by Caraway, follow their instructions to return the product properly packaged along with your proof of purchase, name, address, telephone number, and a description of the claimed defect.

Note: If the replacement product is no longer available, one of equal or greater retail value will be given. Replacement products may be provided in a color different from the product you originally purchased.

Exclusion Detail
Abuse or misuse Abuse, commercial use, neglect, abnormal wear or tear, overheating, or any use not in accordance with the product instructions
Cosmetic damage Scratches, dents, scuffs, stains, discoloration, color changes, minor paint chips, or other nonfunctional changes in appearance
Improper storage Damage due to improper storage
Accidents Fire, flood, natural occurrences, etc.
Commercial use Commercial, professional, or workplace use
Glass or porcelain Any glass or porcelain in the product
Coating damage Interior and exterior coating damage due to improper storing, excessive heat, or metal or sharp utensils
Thermal shock Damage arising from thermal shocks, drops, improper use, failure to follow care instructions, or unauthorized modification or repair
Non-stick deterioration Non-stick deterioration, discoloration, warping, or metal separation due to high heat or prolonged heat exposure
Improper cleaning Damage caused by the use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach, or similar products
Non-defective components Replacement of non-defective components (e.g., if only one component is defective, only that component will be replaced)

Warranty Eligibility

  • This warranty is limited to the original US consumer (or gift recipient) with proof of purchase

  • The warranty is not transferable

  • If the product was not purchased new from Caraway or an authorized dealer within the United States, this warranty is null and void

  • Products purchased from carawayahome are eligible for this warranty as we sell genuine Caraway products. However, we are not an authorized dealer and will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty claims

Disclaimer, Limitation on Liability

To the extent permissible by applicable law, the product is provided “as is” and this warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to the product.

Caraway’s sole and exclusive liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Caraway or its suppliers be liable for procurement of substitute products or other special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or related to the product or its use by you or any third party. In no event will Caraway’s total liability exceed the purchase price paid by the consumer for the product(s) at issue giving rise to such liability.
